The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the 2024 T20 World Cup schedule. And with it, they have revealed the nine cricket grounds where 20 teams will go head-to-head for the T20 World Cup. This time, the USA and the West Indies will host the tournament. This World Cup is returning to the West Indies after almost a decade, while the USA will host an ICC tournament for the first time. 2024 ICC T20 World Cup Venues

Grand Prairie Stadium

Established in 2008, it was first used as a baseball stadium. Also, there have been numerous names for it. Previously, people have used names like QuikTrip Park, and AirHogs Stadium. The stadium in Texas has hosted the major venue for the Major League Cricket, America’s T20 franchise league. It can host up to 15000 fans and will host 4 matches in this tournament.

Nassau County International Cricket Stadium

This stadium is still under construction. However, this battlefield will host the India vs Pakistan match of the T20 World Cup. After the construction, the temporary stadium will have a capacity of 34000 fans. This is quite the number. But, will it be enough for the India vs Pakistan clash? Another worrisome thing is that the builders haven’t even begun constructing the stadium, and this venue has to host 8 tournament matches. We will see what happens.
