Seems like PCB has broken the ice. They extended a hand for friendship, and Roger Binny and Rajiv Shukla responded. Asia Cup will begin on 30 August 2023. While PCB hosts only four matches, they send all ACC members invitations. That included BCCI as well. Seems like BCCI officials are coming to Pakistan on 4 September 2023

The president Roger Binny, and the VP, Rajiv Shukla, will meet with Zaka Ashraf on 4 September. But they will also be able to enjoy the match between Afghanistan and Sri Lanka if they stay till 5 September.
BCCI has a lousy track record of upholding its promises. Previously, Jay Shah lied to PCB that he would attend the schedule announcement ceremony in Lahore and announced the schedule hours ahead of PCB. Zaka Ashraf also stated that Jay Shah did that only to do point scoring.

People are expecting more professionalism and maturity from BCCI officials this time around. People in Pakistan are known for their hospitality. The tea is especially fantastic. Hopefully, the president and vice-president will like the tea.
