Beth Mooney has evolved into one of the game’s most reliable hitters, capable of filling any position in the order and acting as a wicketkeeper. Mooney earned her Queensland Fire breakthrough as a 16-year-old in 2009-10, with her breakout year at the local scale following 2012-13, when she averaged 44 runs per game for the Fire, with four half-centuries.

2019 she elevated her batting to a new level, forming the tournament-winning partnership with Healy in the 2020 T20 World Cup finale at the MCG. World Cup 2023 Schedule PDF is also updated.

In ODIs, she delivered one of the best run-chase performances in history, an undefeated 125 versus India in Mackay.

Mooney led the Brisbane Heat to consecutive WBBL wins in 2018 and 2019, including Player of the Match innings in both finals, before travelling west to represent the Perth Scorchers. She was the highest run-scorer in successive seasons and led the Scorchers to win their maiden trophy in 2021-22. Will she be able to do the same things for Gujrat Giants?
