HBL PSL Trophy 2023 Design – What it’s gonna look like?
What will be HBL PSL season 8 trophy look like? According to different news reports, the award will be shown on February 9 in Lahore at the Shalimar Bagh, a famous garden from the Mughal empire era. HBL PSL Trophy Design – What is it gonna look like?
The wholly redesigned trophy will be awarded to the eighth edition’s victors. The one that was utilized and given to the victors of the previous seven tournaments will no longer be available. On February 9, a newly created trophy with a superior appearance will be exhibited at the Shalimar Garden. Captains from Multan Sultan and Lahore Qalandars will be present. Attempts are being made to include all captains in the revealing trophy event. This is because some players still play in BPL and can stay there till 8 February.
When questioned about how the trophy will vary from the one used during the previous seven seasons, Mr. Sethi stated that it would best reflect Pakistan and its cricket.

“Efforts have been made to project Pakistan’s image in a better way through the trophy. Hopefully, cricketing fans around the world would like the new trophy”
Hints about the opening ceremony
During the press conference, reporters also asked Mr. Sethi about the opening ceremony. They told the media the following:
“We have planned to organise the ceremony in a big way. Some exciting events are on cards. Hopefully, the ceremony will be as good as it was in Dubai a few years back”
Conclusion
How the trophy will look like, we do not know yet. We will know for sure on 9 February 2023. So brace yourselves because this year’s PSL trophy will be something new and exciting. It will represent cricket in Pakistan. Cricket in Pakistan is something special. It has always given us hope during the most challenging times as a nation. Unfortunately, we are going through tough times. Will this trophy uplift us? Or will it disappoint us like some of the trophies PCB has been designing for international series with other nations.?
