- 64 runs and two wickets from the last five overs.
- Qalandars will be happy with the final score, but it may not be sufficient to stop United, as the ball appears to be coming on wonderfully.
- Down to 30/3 in the seventh over, the Qalandars desperately needed progress, so skipper Shaheen elevated himself up a few spots to get things going for his team.
- His 14-ball 30 gave the team some much-needed confidence while also allowing RVD to settle in at the opposite end.
- Rassie held one end and scored a 44-ball 64 to assist his team to a respectable total.
- Don’t forget Wiese’s appearance in the final scene.
- Overall, a fairly decent performance from the ISLU bowlers as well.

- Azam Khan and Naseem Shah delivered a couple of heavy blows to keep their team motivated, but Lahore kept coming back with wickets.
- Faheem Ashraf continued to battle with a courageous score of 41, but he ran out of teammates on the other side of the wicket.
- Zaman Khan was the best bowler for Lahore today with a 4/37.
Man of the match
RVD won the Man of the Match award. What a way to go! This will be his last match of this season. It is a bummer for the LQ. But man, RVD made sure his team got a nice goodbye gift.
