- This is an easy match for the DC. They have to win it and enter the finals now. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Delhi Capitals Women
- They only needed 127 for a victory tonight, and captain Meg Lanning started with an abundance of boundaries in the powerplay. She was run out immediately after, and Tanuja Kanwar bowled a wicket maiden to new batter Alice Capsey.
- However, Delhi were not disturbed as Shafali Varma and Jemimah put up a 94-run stand. Varma was at his offensive best, moving down the field and smashing many boundaries over across the field.
- She got a quick fifty and continued going after that, while Jemimah played a strong secondary role while also playing a few strong shots herself.
- Shafali was on track to complete the game, but he finished up drilling out to mid-off to seal it. Jemimah, on the other hand, brought the game to a close with a boundary in the following round.
