RESULTMultan Sultans won by 13 runs
  • Multan continues their excellent streak. End Quetta’s winning streak as well. Multan’s bowling secured them their match.
  • The wicket slowed as the game progressed, yet despite the drops and Multan’s poor fielding, their bowling propelled them to victory.
  • Roy was taken care of by Mohammad Ali, but Saud Shakeel appeared menacing before succumbing to Willey.
  • Nafay and Rossouw then added 62 runs, and with Usama Mir’s spin not working, Multan appeared to be out of ideas.
  • However, Rossouw’s wicket altered the tide, as Multan rallied. Willey returned and took a couple of vital wickets, while Mohammad Ali was brilliant at the death.

Man of the match

It is Mohammad Ali again! It seems like Multan has cracked the code to get at least one of the BEST fast bowlers on their side every time. Ali took three crucial wickets of Jason Roy, Nafay, and Mohammad Amir to put a dent in Quetta’s chasing effort, ending their winning streak this season.
