RCB to replace Tom Curran with Shamar Joseph

The RCB is in a sticky situation since one of their all-rounders, Tom Curran will not be available for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League. This calls for a replacement, but who can replace a bowler like Tom Curran? Well, we have some inside scoop, courtesy of an ex-RCB employee. Let’s take a look at this story.

Tom’s injury

Tom Curran sustained a knee injury during this year’s Big Bash League. RCB bought Tom Curran and other bowlers like Alzarri Joseph, Yash Dayal, and Lockie Ferguson in an attempt to rehaul their bowling attack. Fans aren’t happy with this sort of bowling attack. Even now, Tom is injured. So who can be his replacement? Who will RCB choose?

Will Shamar Joseph replace Tom Curran?

Prasanna, a cricket analyst and an ex-RCB employee indicated that RCB might get Shamar Joseph to replace Tom Curran.

And it makes sense. But how?

Unless you are living under a rock, you will know about the heroics of Shamar Joseph against the Australians in the Gabba test. After this, he is getting a plethora of offers from T20 leagues around the world.

Shamar might have been ruled out of ILt20. However, he will play for PSL in the upcoming season.
